Default new rod holders for my boat

I am about to order 2 Driftmaster T-009H double rod holders for the front of my 15-46 Xpress. I think I can engineer (pretty easily) a non-adjustable crow's foot mounting system for about $20 to go with it.

It's hard for me to handle two rigs...much less four or more. I"d be losin' my religion everytime I accidentally drifted into a submerged top. Have fun.

after dealing with a crappy company with even worse customer service, I cancelled my order since it was in stock, but now is on back order. I stopped by the hardware store yesterday and spent $13 on some pipe and fittings, and this what1 of the holders look like. The metal bracket in the floor of the boat should come together this weekend. I will post more pics once it is finished with the 2 Driftmasters on each holder. Name: boat.jpg

LM. It may be too late now but, check the sliding brackets out on my boat in the thread with all the boat pics. Fairly simple and they slide from front to back. I have driftmasters on them.

when trolling you need to stay in the most open water you can or be sure you are fishing shollow enough not to get hung in tops , stumps ,trotlines cause it can get ugly real quick. you can brake a lot of poles real fast. had a friend brake 6 at one time about a month ago a unmarked troline got them you can not stop fast enough . i fish 8 at one time but it take getting use to.

MEATGETTER are you serious about staying in open water. Are you talking about trolling or spider rigging?
