2011 Tournament Schedule

Keeping in mind the original goal of the tournament, each tournament stop will be focused around a “pattern” of Crappie during each tournament for that given time of year. Each tournament will be focused on these different patterns where different techniques are used as well. Listed below are the tournament locations, dates and patterns or topics to be discussed after the tournament from the winning teams. I divided the state into three regions: North, Central and South, pulling two lakes from each region. It seemed to be the fairest way to do it.

Greeson Aug. 13th TBD Fishing man-made structure TBD

Arkansas River Sept.10th Coast Guard Landing Summertime River pattern Crappie Pro

Millwood Oct.22nd TBD Fall Crappie Patterns TBD

ACFA State Championship will be held Nov.19th and per the tournament rules, the lake will chosen by the heaviest winning stringer of fish from that years previous tournaments.

The TBD's I need help with so if you guys can step up and volunteer to be a Lake Master on Greeson and Millwood, it would be a great help!

As you can see, I have volunteered Creekslick and Crappie Pro for Greer's Ferry and the Arkansas River!

The tournament for Conway next weekend is in full motion already and Bates Field and Stream is excited to have us there.

i see that you in the central ar. do not want no one from south ar,east ar, or northeast ar. fishing with yall!, just from pine bluff conway be the closest and thats 75 miles and their is a lot of us on cdc. thats even farther so. to so.east and east of pb. where is the south region ? millwood is in the far southwest part of the state. their is a lot of good fisherman is this area that would have been interested but these choice of lakes and mainly distance with no consideration to any of the lakes in so east area ,their will not be much response from this area .

Nothing is set in stone, chime in. Name some good lakes down there. I drive to Mississippi to fish so I won't mind driving to South Arkansas.

I should have titled this "Preliminary", sorry. I am not familiar with southern Arkansas lakes so please help out. I need two from the southern area. I believe the North and Central maybe covered?

Make Greers the 23rd. Crappie Masters on Lake Washington is the 30th.

Could go out of Merrisach Lake for a SE spot. Good crappie in the lake and you also have Post Lake, Moore Bayou, AR River that are in easy running distance. There is a store right before you go into the lake that has minnows for live bait folks. Nothing else around there though. About a 2 hour drive from LR.

What are the entry fees and such or has that been decided yet?
