First thing you need to do is buy a chicken and catch a butterfly, then get in the boat with Crappie Pro.:D

I think it has to be a rooster and a spcific butterfly??

I haven't been on Conway in a few weeks. But, I would concentrate on the cluster of cyprus trees in 6' or deeper that are leading to the creeks. It will not be long before you can find them in the lilypads in the creek mouths.

    Default Conway Weekend

Headed there this weekend (after gambling at Tunica, of course :D) to get the jump on CP. He tells me (please don't tell no one, but this is double-top-secret-can't-even-tell-mama-tip ). Anyhow, they are staging up for the famous October "crappie-puhlooza!":p (hush-hush everyone).

If it cools back off start watching creek mouths and shallow up. Here they got real shallow when water temp dropped. It is rising back but with rain in the forecast maybe we will see cooler temps. The fish will be on the move if water temps drop into the 70's.
