Thread: Labor Day Camping Adventure

Hey everyone, went to Devil's Den State Parking this past Labor Day holiday. And, there's supposed to be a river running through the campsite with a waterfall - if there was one, I sure as heck didn't find it. Cause silly me thought I was gona get to jig for crappie

And, went to Beaver Lake to check out the water. Crossing the bridge on HWY 12 east of Rodgers, it appears the water is down 10 ft. It many places you can park your boat out on a sand bar in the middle of the lake!

Going to Beaver Lake next month for the War Eagle Mill Crafts Fair and camping on the Lake and will be jigging the docks at night.

If I don't have to work this weekend, I'm headed to Conway

Thanks for the poop on Beaver. The Mrs. sez I am going to spend a weekend there next month.
