Hey guys..."G"'s fish were out of a river....he's near the BIG 4...those lakes have 11 or 12 inch size limits...could you imagine CJ with a 12 inch size limit....heck, I'm drooling right now!

Three of the big 4 have a over 12 in. 20 fish limit......Sardis has a over 11 inch 15 fish limit on crappie. Sardis and Grenada a three pole per person rule and Enid and Arkabutla have a 5 pole per person rule.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Most of the other places here have a over 9 inch rule with a 30 fish limit and no pole limit.......only two baits allowed per pole.

Yeah, we spider-rigged it. Now that I think about it, G's right, trolling cranks may be a good way to go on CJ. We did ok the rest of that year on other lakes, LOL.

I know Arkie is a sponsor and I don't want to offend ANYONE talking about what I mainly use...it has dual silicons for swimming and the squid scent is powered and infused, to last the life of the bait....they are mainly natural colors, but they have a white top/clear bottom, with silver flake, that I dye to get my "Gummy" colors and Electric Chicken.

Very good place to troll...Frank has experience there....he just couldn't catch any big ones either!lol
Read the story (1st page or so) of what this group of guys did to improve it! SERIOUS FISHERMEN!

Fished on Friday with Buckeye Bowman and Tin Guppy from 5:30 til 9:30....we had bites galore in the deep water but they weren't actively feeding yet...one solid hit and even if you stopped the swimmers, they didn't come back...slow it down and they same result.
Started twitching and finally go a few hookups. Everyone caught fish so no Pepe Le Pew.
The good news is the Bigger Fish are starting to move in...I caught 2 that were 11 and Jeff had probably the largest after it was dark.
ALOT of good conversation, which is probably the main reason we missed so many, plus Rusty's "Professional Catfish hook-sets" didn't help him! We need to keep Rusty off the catfish boats, he picking up bad habits again! lol
Any combo of Electric Chicken was by far my best color and I didn't have any bright of glow colors left for darkness, will rectify that tonight.
Also the first time I fished with Jeff...a pleasure, great guy, and he's welcome any time.
    GOOD FISHING TO All!

Everyone is going to the other site and deleting all of their posts so personal stuff goes away!
Personal stuff here will be PM'd especially since the lake continues to develop!

Talked to The Mad Cajun, and he'll be home from the Netherlands in Oct. He's joining.
Also talked to Jeremiah, he's starting to get out again, and is finding nice fish. He's joining.
It won't be long and the whole gang will be back...only need to contact a few more of The Pack.
