I have the RZA61-LT and the RZA62UL. When I pick up either of those rods and give them a thorough look over, the first thing that comes to mind is that these rods are of heirloom quality. The craftsmanship and aesthetics will rival some of the finest American made fly rods. The cork, real seat, coatings, and guides are all superior. The 61-LT is what I would call a moderate fast action rod. It has a nice bend with about any fish and is a pleasure to fish with. I don't know that I would call it parabolic, but the accidental too large of fish will test that assumption. With it's softer tip section and larger grip, It is definitely not on the high end of sensitivity, but some .3 Varivas braid will help with that. As far as twitching a trout magnet, that is about all I've used while fishing these rods. Personally, I haven't noticed any issues with TM's but I do tend to favor the LT over the UL, the LT has a little stiffer tip and a little more back bone.
I would second the suggestion of the Daiwa Presso Air AGS 5'10 xul rod if you are looking for a shorter rod with a true parabolic action, that is a BLAST to fish with. It takes a little while to get used to the feather light weight of these rods, but once so, they are hard to put down. I fished with one most of this season and caught some really large fish with it, the biggest being an 8.44lb carp. Fantastic components packed into the utmost of simplicity.
As far as sensitivity goes, I have yet to fish a rod that tops the Shimano Soare xr rods. They look awesome, but they are a true fast action rod and far from parabolic. I love to fish with them but the fast action can be kind of annoying at times.
These are just my opinions, ymmv.
