    Default Hey GuntersvilleSlabSlayer

Thanks for the tip of fishing the bridges at night. My Grandson and I have been trying to catch crappie for three weeks now and have had no luck. We took your advice and last night we caught 42 crappie untill we run out of minnows. Your were very right about the bridges at night. We filled up two 5 gal. buckets with 42 crappie, best crappie fishing we have ever had. Thanks again<>< <>< <>< <>< Jack

:D That is what its all about. You and your grandson keep wackin em while they are there. Like i said in a previous post, it should be good for 3 weeks to month more under these bridges. They are schooled up in pre-spawn and post-spawn patterns chasing these big balls of bait fish. Dont know if you noticed but we had 6 rods out and verytime we got a bite on one, we were probably going to get bit on the others. That makes my day man.

Was out Monday Night and managed 13 nice keepers under the bridges on Hwy 79. What part of the lk were you on?

Best locations seem to be around places such as spring and town creek, short creek (sometimes).goosepond, warrington, and many others as well.
