And the new epsla law signed yesterday doesn't help small businesses owner's a bit. 12 weeks is a long time to pay employees when little to no revenue is coming in for most businesses. Two weeks full pay and 10 weeks of atleast two thirds of full pay. I'm still reading the fine print, but it could put quite a few businesses under if you don't have the capital on hand or a line of credit to cover it.

And people are discounting how much was lost this winter with the raining conditions so many are teetering from the bad winter already. Tapped out line of credits and such . The ac industry is vundrrable as a whole this year from what I’m hearing.
