Thread: Kayak Trip Report, Cotato Creek

I fished Cotaco Creek from 7:30AM till about 2PM. I had a limit by 11:00 and caught half that many again that would have kept. Returned 5 that were over 14 inches and 2 or 3 dozen short fish. Best bait was a 1/16oz White Marabou jig fished single pole on laydowns. Most of the fish came from 8 to 10 feet of water and were a couple feet off the bottom. The water was 50 degrees and clear with visibility of about 18 inches.
