    Congratulations to Vance on his great accomplishment both physically and mentally. What a great boost is is to anyone who sets their mind and determination to hitting a goal and faithfully puts in the work and commitment to see it through. It was so cool to see all of the support that he had from those who heard of his commitment to lose the weight... and how they rallied around him to keep him up and positive about what he was doing.
