I don't look for the water to warm till March this year. I think cold is going to hang with us this year.

I couldn't take it any longer and put the boat in yesterday a little after 1:00pm, hoping to check a few deep water holes that hold fish! Water temps were 36 to 38 and they were suppose to have cut the water off at Weiss and Neely, but it was still moving too swift to fish the spots! Rain started coming down pretty heavy and I was back at ramp by 2:15! The cold wind, rain, and water temps deflated my plans and sent me packing back to the ramp! I don't see the water temps rising too fast as we have rain this week and cold temps back this coming weekend! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
