    Default Wilson Lake Report 5/21/16*

Caught 12 today on Wilson, started out SLOW, fished minnows around Boatdocks in Very Deep Water! The big black was almost 17 inches and was a MALE! I couldnt believe it, I would like to meet his Girlfriend! Slip floats fished 20-24 ft deep. Caught a couple on BG MM but rest on minnows.

Great picture of two true slabs!!! easy to see the difference in the White crappie and the black crappie !! That Black Crappie would go close to 3 lbs .The few actual 3 lb crappie I have ever seen were all 17 inches or longer.
