    Default Fishing the barometer

I wanted to see what some guys think about the barometer. Kinda a "what would the fish be doing" in certain cases and the methods use to catch crappie. There is a situation coming Friday that I am not sure I have seen to this extreme. I use wunderground.com for my weather and I am normally look at Rogersville Al. Here is the link if you want to use it.

I like fishing on a falling barometer. I have heard different opinions on this subject. There is one thing I have noticed over the years. When I see birds, squirrels and other animals moving around and feeding a lot fish bite pretty good too. The Lord gave animals the instincts to know when changes are a foot and observing their behavior has helped my fishing success.

I totally agree with footballcoach. This has been my experience also. My dad taught me this many years ago and it still holds true.

A few years ago I had several peacocks on my hobby farm. These birds would get out in an open area and jump up and down acting crazy, In 24 hrs of this we would have a weather change. If I could I would go fishing and always did good. Now in the winter they didn't do it. but in the spring it was somthing to see.
