welcome to he forum lt is a source of local info,,,2 years learning curve here and just starting,,,phooey on this rain,,my 3days off,,ohwell we need it..!!!!
Shout out to all the Bama folks on the board. New crappie fisherman, my grandson got me into this and I haven't fished in years. We find a few bass and catfish trolling around but haven't found a single Crappie yet. Been reading on here for a few weeks or so trying to learn a few things. I can say they sure make good depth finders these days I have just a little Humminbird and its better than anything I owned in the past.......so thanks for posting up info for use newbies to learn from........

Thanks for welcomes, being a poor individual, some call me cheap...lol. I hate bank fishing. As soon as I find a spot I can get to, I want to be somewhere else. So I new I would need something that floats.....I have owned the money pits in the past and really didnt want another....a motorcycle is a big enough drain. So I pieced together a 14 aluminum and the journey begins. I do remember what a lure whore I was..............I hope they start biting minnows...lol
