    Default Scottsboro report 10-11

A friend and I fished Mink Creek causeway from 1130 pm fri to 4 am sat morning and harvested 30 keepers. biggest was 12 inches. we floated minnows 5 ft deep while casting jigs into the culvert under the highway. lots of crappie there but the bite died around 3 am which was ok in light of the fact that we could see thunderstorms with lightening to the north. we managed to pack up and head for huddlehouse before the rain started.
Will post a photo as soon as I figure out why my computer wont download it...........

I fished not far from you the same morning and did not do any good, someone already had the area I wanted to fish. I did fish about 2.5 hours yesterday and had 22 nice ones. They are moving in.

I was cleaning my boat out Saturday morning to go fishing that night or early Sunday am. Slipped on the wet leaves in the bottom of my boat and dislocated my knee cap and thankfully my brother was there to pop it back in place because I couldnt get it back in on my own. Ended up not going because of that. I hope to paint the floor with non skid paint and go sometime soon, enjoy reading reports until then.
