    Anyone been to the gravel pits close to Mooresville? Heard the crappie were running but it was a rough road to get there. Any info?

    How's the road getting in? I usually come in through Mooresville on Main st. Down the gravel road. A few of my friends mentioned the road was in really bad shape. To the point that its impassable.

    I went there today. The road is the same. Big puddles, but you ain't getting stuck since the bottom is gravel. Caught about 12. Very, very, shallow.
