Thread: Academy customer service

Stopped at Academy on the way home after dinner with my wife and son , bought my son some fishy's ( jigs like daddy's) and a new spider man rod and reel. Of course the wife some shoes, and me a brand new Bandit crank. Get home run through the shower,go get the bag out of the car ,and NO crank in it. What? Turn the house upside down, ask my son if he had it. Nothing. Call academy, they tell me to come get another at my convenience at no charge! Talk about customer service. They will get all of my spring good needs and team sports business, from now on. Oh yeah and ladies shoes!!! Ha ha

They have always been top notch in customer service with me! Which the one in Gadsden is just about my second home!
