hey Ditch, remember how high the water was in May 2003 after all the severe weather? I remember I couldn't get to Arrowhead it was underwater
I moved here in DEC 2010, I thought 2 inches of rain once a week was normal for here. It seems I've been dealing with high water while trying to fish since I got here!
DB. You are correct. No fishing for a while. Last Saturday while I was doing some new motor break-in, I shut down a few times between Indian Creek and Ditto and was drifting with current on the main river at 3 mph. It's definitely flowing now. And, the creeks are worse.

If the weather is good I'll find somewhere to go Saturday and pick up a half limit for lunch. I have a feeling it may take half a day and there won't be any throw backs, but I'll find a few! I always do.
on, and good luck!

I figure it will be tough findin a hole on the big G that aint got any current anytime in the next few days! Most places I have fished are fed by creeks and I can only imagine what they look like now. Where do these little speckled rascals hide during flood situations? Oh well I guess it will give me a little more time to get the boat carpet dried out and maybe find some electronics to put on the boat.
