    Question need help finding good outboard repair shop


    i have a 87 yamaha precision blend outbaord and i'm looking for a good repair shop around the anniston area. if anyone knows and would recommend one please let me know i just move 20 to 30 mins from my favorite fishing lake and i can't go because my engine is leaking oil everywhere. PLEASE HELP! I must get back to the crappie on Neely Henery before I go crazy. It's right there and I can't touch it, it's torture.

    Ken- I have a 87 Yamaha also that is a 70 HP. Can you see where the oil is leaking? My cap on my oil reservoir will leak if I fill too full and trim motor too high. I had oil all inside of front of motor and just knew I had a big problem until I traced the oil back to cap. Hope it turns out to be simple. I live in Ga. and about the only place I know would be Buck Island Marina in Gadsen. Im sure someone will tell you some closer places. Good Luck. Bottombumper
