I have a few rungs with lite undersides but I have to look from the bottom to see. Its drying well, maybe move it in place this evening before the humidity rises after dark. I had to turn the fan on the spray gun completely off shooting a tight cone with lots of velocity. Had to step back shooting from all angles and lay on cardboard shooting from underneath too. Gun travel speeds was blistering to prevent runs everywhere.

So what a productive day! Cut the balances of the Front Braces for the Wood Wine Rack along with a outer skin to make it look a little better. Sanded the Wire Wine Rack mounting board and put on a second coat of Poly. Used the Bobcat to shave down a massive pile of top soil that was right in the way of planting the new Muscadines. Caught 16 nice Crappie in a couple of hours while waiting on the finish to dry. Finally finished Assembly and installation of the 152 Bottle wine rack.



This picture is the balance of wood parts for the Wood Wine rack. I cut them first thing after coffee.



Here I have them ready to spray but didn't take a picture after spraying because I was thinking of going Crappie fishing which I did, Yeah.



Sanded the Poly level on the Wire Wine Rack mounting board with 180 grit (dull).



Here is a shot with the second coat of Poly on.



Here is the new Wood Wine Rack installed. Shot slam full of nail holes too. Got to go get some wood putty to fill and pass a brush of finish on the edges of the Skin again too.



Where is the fish pictures you ask? Not taken yet. Too busy having the first glass of
Ras-a-rita Wine!

I'm thinking to give a day or two more so the bottles don't stick to the rungs. I have 30 Cab bottles that just need the glue removed sitting on the table in the shop. Figuring to clean them up tomorrow and sanitize for the next bottling Tripletail, and fry crappie.

I’d make sure it’s nice and dry before putting bottles in. Be a shame to mess it up after all that work.

I put the seals on the Owari Satsuma Wine this morning. They are a heat shrink bottle seal. I use different colors to color code my production instead of making labels since I would just have to remove the labels again.
