And speaking of dinner, I just finished mine. I tried something new and pan fried them in a kind of blackened fashion but didn’t keep it on the heat that long. Tried different seasoning too. The darker is Old Bays and the lighter is Zatarains blackening seasoning. Both were very good, no favorite. I did some for my queen with lemon pepper and dried garlic and herbs. Good too with less heat. Thanks for checking in.
