Sorry but think I posted the link. This is the new one. I like it very much and for my stile of fishing open water sniping think it's even better than the 6'7" as the added length give you a little more control of jig while still having all the benefits, sensitivity etc. of the shorter version. Hopefully will have an Abu Zenon arriving for Christmas - will be pairing it with my Tict RF if I get one.

Seeing this post reminded me I never gave feedback on the Abu Garcia Eradicator Realfinese ERFS-73SULT-ST-TZ Slow Taper Special 73. It is now my favorite rod. I like it even better than the 6'7". But to understand better you have to understand my primary fishing method throughout the winter Jan. - Feb. being my absolute favorite months of the year when the BIG girls how up suspended in open water and I'm sniping them with livescope. I make my cast with a dock shooting motion to precisely place the jig where I want it. The 7'3" is even better than the 6'7", and the little extra length allows me to lower the rod tip with a little more control when I'm a little high on the fish and don't want to open my bail to get the jig just above his or her head as I slowly swim it by. It is just slightly steelier in the tip and handles them 1/8th oz. jig I'm using a lot right now. I have ordered my 2nd one which is unfortunately out of stock right now with a Abu Garcia Zenon 2000SH . I chose the Zenon not as much because of weight as it's a 6.3 reel ratio which for what I'm doing an advantage in that if I'm short or fish ignores me I can more quickly reel back and shoot again. Now that I finally have fiber internet as soon as I figure out how I'll start posting some pics. Scott

Yeah! I'm officially a picture poster. Had to use the app. Tried for an hour from computer and couldn't make it work even though I read every post I could find on posting, keeping in mind I'm tech challenged.
