Thread: Crappie in Kissimmee

Cashman, yes I live in FL. Been a weird year for me but if you put in the time and pay attention you’ll get some like that. Doesn’t happen every trip but it’s worth the trouble when they do turn on.

And if you’re in the Kissimmee area, you need to pay attention to the bluegill and shellcracker bite. Not for the faint of heart.

Yes I did catch several bluegill and shell crackers this year . But crappie/specks are my favorite to catch and eat.. there just aren’t any structure in Kissimmee that I have seen.
