not that I have a clue , but water temps and how rapidly or slowly they fall has large play in it , the shad need warmer water , the crappie need shad , pretty simple if you ask me . and in the end follow the bait as stated , numbers of crappie will be near numbers of bait fish 24/7/365
moon phase is hit or miss for me , wife jokes with me about all the time , says no moon = biting , full moon = biting and every other moon equals biting too .....
barometric pressure can sometimes seem to be a factor , as is cloud cover and or lack of and about 14 million other minor things as well
the migration has begun here , bigger fish in shallower water and moving with the bait schools
