It will continue to blister...Ice on it will give temporary releif, but Aloe Vera straight is better. Super expensive but Silvadene cream is best. But that is out of this world expensive.

Never heard of it. Thank you for the tip. I’ve always been a neosporin guy. That over the counter has always worked well for me. That said, I want to check out silvadene.

Wow. That’s not good. Praying for you. Mine is just a bad sunburn, very superficial. Heal well.

    Bob,
Don’t know the price because it requires a prescription.
Just get doctor to write it up and have it in case of emergency.
    Worth whatever it cost.

Can you get Silvadene over the counter?

Silver Sulfadiazine is an antibiotic cream or hydrogel wound dressing that protects second and third-degree burns and skin wounds from bacterial infections. Silver Sulfadiazine is available in both prescription (Silvadene) and over-the-counter (Hydrogel AG) wound-care products.
There are also other over the counter brands, likely with less amounts of silver & sulfa ingredients.

Thanks Chuck Adams thanked you for this post

A few years ago I left my truck at a campground on Lake Talquin for four days. The little gray pest did about $2200.00 worth of damages. Thank goodness they only chewed two wires into one was for the a/c and the other was for the block heater. Every piece of plastic on the engine was damaged even the fan belt. Insurance covered the damage but they required it to go to a dealer for the repairs. I told people you could throw a rock at the squirrels and they would throw it back. Since hurricane Sally there is not near as many in the campground thank goodness.
