Rode down to the pumps yesterday after work just killing time till wife got off. No one was there and it was tempting so I went for it. Made a few casts before dark which was about 20 minutes. Caught one nice one. Lost 2 good ones in the rocks. Missed several. Pumps were not on but they were in there. Bobby garland key lime pie about 2 feet under a float. Cast toward the river and slow retrieve back. And they were flat hammering it. First luck I’ve had there. But anyone looking to catch some from the bank should give it a try.

glad you got to hit em....thats a good bank spot as long as some bait are around......if the valves are open its out of this world....same is true of most of the dewatering valves on wheeler.
