WTG. So glad you got some crabs. 28 large males is quite a catch when the weather is not cooperating. Nice trout and red. Your pics are amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Tuesday's variables were OFF THE CHART Nasty but I took along my 5 Blue Crab pots in hopes of enhancement. Air temps started @39*~ W/T @59*~ Nasty NE winds kept the dangerously low, negative tide from EVER coming in after 10 hours of casting! Didn't even get the 1st bite until 3 hours into the trip and only an 8" trout at that. Meager end-o-day resulting with 18 caught/3 keeper fish(19.5/16" Trout) & a feisty, well-shouldered 22" Redfish. Decent 28 bucket of large, male Blue crabs helped to ease my discontent but a blessed, peaceful Western sunset highlighted my day... FRESHWATER fishing can have it's challenges but Saltwater has the daily(4 times) tidal variant that always plays a significant role towards your results.
Thanks for Ridin'/Reelin'/Readin' along~'til next time...

A good trip and more productive than my last outing. The wind played a big factor for me making boat control tough and got worse. Good table fare for ya.
