Yes I reset factory defaults, it didn't help me. Garmin is sending me an sd card with latest update for me to reload to make sure my files are not corrupted.
That ditch and drop looks sweet ! I am confident you will get issues ironed out soon.

I did the factory resets and it didn’t help mine either here is a screen shot of a brush pile in the 10-25ft forward range and it’s barely showing up. This was taken with settings that was suggested by Garmin which was all factory settings. Tech sent my pictures to the engineers waiting to see what happens next. It has become very frustrating!!!! If you have not updated your unit DON’T!!!!

Keith, you are correct!
Looks like you have that lovely starburst as well. Now if you turn your gain up to see better detail on the brush the "snow" will only get worse. Looks like you have a couple of dead zones as well around 10 and 18 feet out that would also still show nothing even when you crank the gain up. Ask me how I know, lol.
Garmin needs to get this fixed!

One would think that it would be easiest to re-release the last update that worked fine for all until they figure out the perspective update that has messed up the mass.

Can you install a previous update before this latest update and over ride the latest update? I know we can do that with our HB’s. I save a copy of all my updates and it seems to me, lowrance, Humminbird and garmin seems to fubar something up every time they give out a update.
