I love blackened fish but never tried crappie. I bet it’s really dang good.

I haven’t even fished for a few weeks man. That’s never a good pattern lol

Not fishn a few weeks is definitely not a good pattern....
I've always heard "you can't blacken crappie it's too flaky" well I watched several vids on blackened crappie and they all over loaded their skillets and then complained about the fish falling apart......
I figured let me put my touch on it and see, I don't ever ooverload my skillet, had room to handle the fillets with two spatulas and the fillets held together just fine.....
I just used some store bought blackening seasoning and it won't be my last time using it.....
