Congrats on the pigs and thanks for sharing.
Got their house blown down
below is a sequence of photos off my game camera from last night .
It shows the 3 little pigs coming in to my feeder area and one gets head shot when they stop under feeder number 2 and the other 2 pigs disperse .
Number 2 didn't disperse far enough out of sight or run fast enough .
The one in the last of the photo sequence kept its speed up for about 300 yards before it slowed down to look back as it crossed my neighbors pasture.
from frame one to frame 4 less than 60 seconds lapsed .
Also saw 14 deer a couple of coons, 2 squirrels ,some rabbits, doves and pigeons
and yes ,missed the coon running up the tree but knocked him plum off it for sure
I also included a few doe photos and another game camera photo .
hope to go crappie ketchn soon and hope you enjoy the photos .

I didn't get to go on my pig hunt this year, the flood on March kept us from going. I'm so jealous my friend. You got to try some pig burgers they are the best, really like a (black an blue ) burger with blue cheese and bacon and purple onions.

congrats - nice harvest
doesn't seem like you cut down they population much but still nice! Lots of good sausage, ham and loins there for sure! WTG Outlaw! Diversifying from just whacking the silver beauties. Have seen video from where they use those big caliber air guns that doesn't disturb the piggies as much and more likely to come back for another shot.
thanks for the comments yawl and yes I considered buying a silencer and there is a big factory that makes them out that way .
not sure as to the legality of it though and for sure they need more thinning out there .
might go back this weekend and try to hit them again, it is entertaining to say the least .
KABOOM is always fun you know

There is a lot of hoops to jump through to get a suppressor but, from the hog population you have, it is probably worth it.
Last time I checked it was around $200 for the stamp and seems like there was a small fee for all the paperwork. It takes a while for the back ground to be completed. Some companies can get it done pretty quickly or so I've been told. I think they are legal in Texas because I've seen people hunt with them. The suppressers are kinda high or the ones ive looked at are
