When I was in Korea, it was OD Green Issue in fatigues, Summer or Winter. Winter fatigues & long johns were wool (or wool blends), and even with them on and the jacket w/liner .... you didn't want to stay outside any longer than you had to in a Pusan Winter.

James, mine is a small, regular. I normally wore a medium at that time, but they run big to fit over uniform. The tag reads Parka, extended cold weather , camouflage.
