A gallon of fillets is about 8 pounds. Between mine and Steves we have around 12 pounds. I usually figure 3/4 pound per person x 30 is 22.5 pounds so we need another gallon or so of fillets. I think we can catch that many before Saturday but Houghton Lake can be a fickle mistress at times. Any donations would be appreciated. If we have too many, they make awful good sammies the next day.
