Had a good trip down, lots of traffic some places. Were at a little lake called Lake Deaton. Got our "out of state fishing lic." with fees $49 and change each. It's 81 here now. Have a cold front coming in for a few days, rain etc. No sno-blowers in sight. Will post if we catch any fish.
Glad you guys made it safely. Catch a lot of fish.

There are crappies in Florida.....gators too, just depends on how big a hook you plan on using!

Only have one phone, and it's the one with my number. We stayed at Lake Seminole for 2 days at the state park. The park we planned on staying in-jumped the price from $350 to $450 even tho the website says $350, and it was nothing like the picture. As of now we plan to stay here. There's a canal and a fishing pier that belongs to the park where we can fish. There's another access site 1/2 mi. down the road with another pier, haven't tried that one yet.
