I like willow blades, not really sure what the fish like but I catch a few.
Do y'all see that the fish prefer Willow leaf blades or the regular Colorado blades?

On spinnerbaits willows were easier to pull in and rode up less on fast retrieves and have better flash but less vibration than Colorado blades.

I like them all. I like the regular Colorado blades better though.

Just curious if anyone had seen a preference as to what the fish seemed to like better.

I think the Colorado blade makes more vibration than the willow. That's what I use with the Grenada Minner to catch what few I catch when spider rigging Grenada....
Hammered brass willowleaf for me when I get mine made. I also want the largest blade that can be used and the bait still track right.

I let the water tell me which to use. Mostly Colorado and largest blade I can get away with in our normally muddy water..Water more clear I'll put on a couple of willows. I'm like MrDucks, I want largest blade that will let lure run true. I use some with 3 1/2 willow on 1/8 oz which is pretty big.
DIRTY WATER OR SLOW RETRIEVED (RED EAR ) = COLORADO . FAST AND FLASH ESPECIALLY CLEAR WATER= WILLOW . JMO.
