I am thinking it might be Monroe City? Sure not finding much everybody booked.

well will be in Cali for grandaughters birthday but when is Fall Gathering Robbie? October is always a great month to fish or do anything.

There's another place just down the road from Windmill but before the gravel ramp....... I think it's called "Cabins At Mark Twain" or something like that. Worth a shot?

Not sure........for us, October means prepping for opening weekend of duck/goose season and we're at our Illinois property.

Just an update on the plan......... Dad and I talked this weekend and we're gonna put a couple racks of ribs and a pork butt in the smoker on that Saturday morning before we hit the water. Should be plenty for guys to snack on.

We will be up there for the tournament. We stay at a campground on southwest side of the lake in a big Morton style steel building with bunk rooms in it. We rent the whole place and mike then charges everyone so much a bed a night. Like $15 I believe. Maybe everyone could meet up at the weigh in and then move to another location for the afternoon/evening. Will be a bunch of CDC members fishing the tournament and a bunch staying with us at the steel building. I believe Vic and Kim from Mississippi Crappie.com will be with us again and also had some Kansas Crappie.com guys last year and then all us Truman CDC'ers.

Not sure it has been mentioned but Cannon Dam resort has cabins and rooms price is not that bad.
