I agree. Every other area small crappie clubs are seemingly doing well
Hey everybody, it pretty shocking to me that we can't get anyone to start up local tournaments in our area. I know what your saying " why don't you do it?", and its simple if i did it we would probably be fishing in an old mans pond somewhere. We have a bunch of great areas to fish. I just really hope someone will get the club tournaments going again.

Just curious, are you required to have a club formed to have a tournament? If someone has some scales you can do a fruit jar type tournament on a local lake. Advertise it here, Facebook, Instagram, etc and see who shows up. Just my 2 cents

Post it if you get a fruit jar together. Hopefully it will be where I can come fish.

I know this is old but is there any interest at all in west Tn for fruit jar tournaments? I fished one last weekend at Enid with the Mississippi guys and had a ball. I would definitely be interested in going to some in west Tn.
