Sounds like a good day, specially with the bouncing.
Fought the wind both days, tried upriver 2/11 and found a few in some familiar places. Some 4ft deep and others 12ft deep. Hard to find clearer water out of the wind with recent rains. Main lake on 2/12 and found 12 really nice fish in 24fow about 14ft deep. Would have caught more but could not ride the roller coaster anymore. 80 degrees in February both days. Enjoyed the time on the water.
I just can't fight them Barnett waves in the big lake. It's really fun to fish when the wind is light but it can get to rolling really quick and make fishing miserable.

It's doesn't take much if it's out of the north or south to make her jump up pretty quick. Sounds like you had a few good days though!
