Default Question about Ad's showing up

I made a post last year about ad's and slow typing response. I was told to become a member and that should stop the ad's. I did and it did. Now they seem to becoming back up. I still have a few months on my membership. Any suggestions on how to stop or maybe why they are coming back up only on this site? Thanks.

I'm not having any issues but then maybe I don't visit all those sites you do?

That's weird, I don't see ads when I'm signed in. That wouldn't be an individual setting.

Cis,you are good through 2-14-2015. You definitely should not see any Google ads.

Thank you, I do have one other board related to r/c racing I'm on that has no membership, so I wonder if something is coming over from that one. They all stopped once I joined last year but started up again a short time ago. I'll do some further checking. Thank you to all for the help.

Pm me if you can't figure it out.

That other sites ads really should not affect this site. I'm thinking maybe it's a virus on your computer. Especially if they are true pop up ads. Then for sure.

Not sure if this is allowed BUT:

Go download a browser add-on called "Ad Blocker plus" and see what kinda difference that makes. Google it and it should be the first site. Also scan your PC for virus/trojans/malware please!

    J/k

He already is a supporting member and should not see them anyway.

I wouldn't dream of it Slab

Since your page won't display adds for member and he's seeing adds my thought is its his browser hijacked by malware inserting adds. Not your adds from your page.

ALSO add blocker just stops the local browser from displaying adds, should't affect revenue in the sense that your page count would increase and show the traffic being displayed adds, you'll just loose out on any potentially clicking them!
