Actually Mo. passed a harassment law just for his ....... It was past just for that reason call the law and they will pay him a visit and warn him the second visit comes with a hefty fine. Gotta love ..... that think they own the water around thier docks or the brush they sink for that matter.

Ive had a few interesting conversations but nothing like that plain and simple the guy is a .........not much makes me an madder than what he done to you they got some kind of power trip and feel like they own the lake,just another reason for me to fish open water in the park

CHAPTER 578. MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES
578.152. Interference with lawful hunting or trapping in the second degree--penalty
Any person who enters or remains in a hunting or trapping area where lawful hunting or trapping may occur with the intent to interfere with the lawful taking of wildlife is guilty of the crime of interference with lawful hunting or trapping in the second degree.
Interference with lawful hunting or trapping in the second degree is a class B misdemeanor.

I have had this happen a couple time my favorite thing to do is act DEAF and stay back 15 ft from the dock! It gets em ruffled up real good

If it happens again call the Water Patrol. I have heard that the fine can be pretty high too. You did nothing wrong and didn't deserve to have your day ruined by some rich ...... I have had some dock owners try to run me off from places I had fished for 20 years before they put their dock on my spot. Usually just threatening to call law enforcement for them calms them down.

Maybe take a picture make a flyer. Nice limit of fish caught here post it at all boat ramp locations front door of bait shops etc.
