Well just got word that I can swing by the dealership and pick up a refund check tomorrow. I have the believe it when I see it attitude going on as I have been lied to at least 10 times throughout this whole process. Also the credit card company has been contacted and we have started the dispute process. I pray they just give me my money tomorrow.

DrNIP,I just got off the phone at BASS PRO and they have a Mercury four stroke 25 hp tiller electric start in stock waiting on you to purchase for a lot less than what you were giving for Evinrude. Give me a call 918 520-9990 and I will tell you more about it.

At work and I'll have to call you later but I will later tonight. If it is a 4 stroke I would be interested in a 30 HP. It would have to be a long shaft motor and I want power tilt and trim. Just a little weary of Bass Pro. Every jon boat I see there has the motor installed too low with the cavitation plate a good 2-3" lower than the bottom of the transom. Don't know much about Merc's. Are they good motors?
