Tap..........been thinking about you man. Hope that you are okay. Are the dogs looking at you like you are crazy? I know you love them, but don't pet all the hair off of them! I'm glad they are there for you. Which one listens to you the most when you talk to them? Maybe you are sleeping. That would be good. Gotta be better than awake right now. It sucks. Your friends hate it too. Even in the middle of the dark times, there can be a little thing that shines the light, if even just for a second. I bet sometime this week, you came across a picture that did that. A picture that made you shake your head as you remembered. Maybe caused you to make a snort noise since your nose was running anyway, and one corner of you mouth went up in what Debbie would call a smile. Would you tell us what it was? Maybe even share the pic with us?

I'm ready for bed, but no since really. In one hour, the idiot one street over beside the power lines will be shooting his shotgun. So I may as well be here surfing.

Tap you probably don't remember me, I posted a lot on the VA forum around the days when Panman, Shoer, etc were active. I conversed a little with you about weight lifting back then. I moved to GA and kind of lost track of this forum and have since moved to MN but I still visit occasionally. I always really enjoyed your fishing posts with pictures that you included and your adventures in the x-ray business...

You don't know me but through your posts I feel like some how I "know" you....so to see this news is to me terribly troubling.

My heart goes out to you. Since becoming married, that has been my biggest fear as well - that my wife will leave me "early" ie before we grow old and are ready to go at an appropriate age. I understand that it's miniscule consolation to you but just know that a complete stranger in Minneapolis, MN is thinking about you, has said a prayer for you, and hopes that you can some day find comfort. I don't know why bad things happen to good people but I wish you peace and for your pain to ease.
