Never saw the need until I kept running out of power for my graphs after 6-7 hours contacted Bill got me a 100ah impulse lithium ! Yet to be without power since have ran up to 12 hours still had plenty juice left !

This is why I went lithium, at the end of my last fishing trip the starting/electronics battery was down to 11.4 volts. Something else I've noticed is that after five or so hours the image from my AT 2 is degrading at the far end of the 60' range I run it at. It may be my imagination, but I think the voltage loss is the issue, tomorrow will tell.
The new battery only had 51% charge when it arrived but still had 13.4 volts on the app, confirmed with my Fluke, 13.37v.
I fished over four hours today and still had 72% battery left and 13.3V. Running two Pro 12's, two Gen 2 12's, two NMEA networks, my home made transducer turret for the AT 2 and AT 2. The amp draw was 8.1 amps. I'm pleased with the new set up and plan on fishing tomorrow without charging.

I just ordered the 36v with charge on the run, thanks Impulse for the discount. I had decided to order the Nex Gen - same set up. Pricing was good, the website told me all the things I wanted to hear. Tried to check out (3) times with a credit card - no luck. Called to place the order - No Answer.... the phone rang out and disconnected. I can just imagine trying to contact someone there for support or warranty - NO WAY!!!!
