Thread: R100 SpyderLok, B100/SW100 seats, TR100 transport rack

I put my new Spyder locks to the test on Lake Talquin last week and man did they do a great job!

Got my 4 set of spiderloks put on the boat.they are the best.love them.next is 2 new seats for me in the spring.seen them in Mississippi on vacation looks nice.thanks to gene for a well built products.

Cold weather is on the way, time to rig the boat.

Has anyone used these for striper fishing?

I have 24 of them.. 8 on front, 8 on back..4 on each side. They will be on the boat till I am dead and gone..have solved the rod holder quest.

They will do the job!!!! These things will hold up to whatever freshwater fish you want to fish for. Wish I had gotten a picture, had a big guy (close to 300 pounds) hanging off of one last winter, yes it bent but it never broke and he fell out of the boat grabbing the rack on the way down, only wet up to his chest, it was cold too.

What did u mount them with, nut and bolt all the way thru, or just the screws in the deck?

I was able to test out my new rod holders on monday and I was very impressed. Since the back deck on my dad's boat is aluminum I was able to use 1/4"-20 machine screws with fender washers and nylock nuts all in stainless. They were very solid once everything was tightened down. Ended up catching over 30 stripers and several catfish. The largest was about 12 pounds.
