Figured I better quit foolin' around and get some wood moved up under the deck. Farmers Almanac says another one like last year. Nothin' netter than ribs and corn grilled in the husk.

We had corn in the husk on the grill yesterday, and burgers. I also moved some wood to the rack. We must be having the same thoughts.

Looking good Don, I got a ceramic smoker this summer and have been out of control. I have done 6 pork butts, 5 racks of ribs, a bunch of chicken, some pizza and 2 briskets. I did a brisket yesterday and it turned out great! I have given up on grilling corn on the husk when you can just microwave it for 3 minutes in husk cut off the stem end and shake the ear right out of the husk perfectly cooked and cleaned. It has made corn on the cob an everyday meal.

That's fine looking right there. That's the kind that will make you hurt yourself.
