    Everyone should read this article!!Go to www.southbendtribune.com,click on sports and scroll down to Louie Stouts artical on the federal government wanting to take over some great lakes waters.This would mean states would'nt be the governing bodies of their own great lakes waters.If they take the great lakes next will be the tributaries.Tell your friends,public opinion polls are closing Oct. 16th.
