Finally A Jordan Striper!
I fished Jordan all year last year with not one Striper caught. I have finally caught this one on Friday evening, the only fish I put in the boat but I will take it!

Congrats on a nice fish! Did you catch him in the Parkers Creek area? Thats where i fished yesterday and the boats I talked to said they were in there good Friday also.Hope this is just the tip of the iceburg for you cause those Jordan stripers are addictive .Good luck

Naw, caught him going right into the S curves, could see the dam from where we were. Man Stripers from anywhere are addictive! I used to live out on Norman and had a buddy that took me out years ago, I have never forgot it! I have caught many hybrids in the rivers but these Stripers have skunked me for years! I was just in the right place at the right time! Shad were working up to the top, thick! But, no fish busting on them, hmmm, I told my wife something is pushing those shad up just not following them! Through a No 5 crankbait (shad pattern) He engulfed it on the third cast, pulled like a freight train! I Love it! Hope my luck holds out this season for some more just like him!
