Thread: White bass hook prefrence?

Xcaliber XR 25 crankbait is the best thing I've found in a while. I used to use Rattletraps but I like this bait better. Its similar to a rattletrap but has a shape more like a shad

First year I have tried em, Red Eye Shad, has incredible rattle, kind of heavy, wants to go deep, caught a 25 fish limit first time I used it, also a couple of Kentuckies and a couple of large Yellow Bass. I fish the shoals on a river above a large lowland lake.
