It was nothing to brag about but I had a good time fishing the tournament. It was great to meet all the folks that I have been talking to on here.

Well, the folks who braved the wind and the stumps at Reelfoot on Saturday had a pretty tough day of it. Few fish caught, but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Here were the results...
1st - Jerry Miller, with 2 fish, weighing 1.78 lbs.
2nd - Chris Chandler, with 1 fish, weighing 1.76 lbs., which also earned Chris the prize and pot for Big Fish
3rd - Lynn Parker, with 3 fish, weighing 1.58 lbs.
Congrats to our winners!!!

Wish I could have made the tourney, but it was homecoming for my fishing partner and you know.....school dance and a date trumps a lot of things. However, he went fishing today after school and sent me a pic of a 4 1/2 lb green carp he caught. He was pretty pumped.
Hey split.....back to back 2nd place is pretty nice showing (and payday on the big fish) Did you use the new HB?
Update on the points....Miller is in 1st place now. Congrats to him and others who battled the stumps and wind.....on to the Classic!!!!
Haha. Thanks. I just got lucky on a couple of tough days and benefitted from being the only one in the boat. Haven't installed the new HB yet. Plan to this week if I get time. I think SI at Reelfoot just says "yep, there's a bunch if stumps out here".
