Good one man . We should hook up soon and get a game plan down for the tourney on the 9th.

Any of you guys going out this weekend? I'm going to be out there this Sunday fishing for bass for the last time during spawn this season. Next weekend the crappie will be on beds so I'll be chasing them for the rest of the month.

Sounds good - are you fishing washington/union on sunday? I'm gonna be gone next weekend but from then on out ill be hitting the lake almost every weekend I think!

Yeah, I'll be on Washington this weekend. Mostly fishing for largemouths. It's been one hell of a good year for them this year :D.

i'll be out on washington friday after school, probably go for largies as well. but if the smallies are hitting......

think the perch are in the weedbeds yet? i think they were by this time last year.....

I hear you there my friend. It's hard to pass up the smallies when their up shallow. Lately I've been sticking to working heavy cover for largemouths for at least 4 hours before I go after the smallmouths. Last Saturday on American Lake I even left my smallie lures in the truck to stop myself from switching over . Then I found myself starting to downsize my lures to catch the smallies that where following my plugs lol. So on Sunday I made sure only lures 7 inches and larger where on board before launching out. Needless to say I found out that big smallmouth like big lures :D. I really have a sickness lol.

The perch should be up by now.......milking all over the boat when you catch them too . I hate that lol. Good eat'n though. I may have to keep a few if I run across some females. Good luck if you make it out there Friday.

I'll be doing my after-work bank beating exercises on Friday as well. I hope the panfish/perch are up soon - I'd like to get the gf into some fish and she can't be bothered to go without catching something for long when I drag her somewhere.
