I for one would really appreciate some advice and tips on catching some nice crappie in this state. Did a lot of crappie fishing on Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri and really stumped on finding them here. Living in Graham and just picked up a Bass boat so just need to locate some crappie where Im not gonna have to travel to far. Will be more than happy to share whatever fishing stories I attain while searching

Honestly the Crappie Fishing around here is Suspect as of the last few years !!! Lol !!!!! I know Tanwax ,Kapowsin, Alder and Ohop have Crappie in them, I believe with all of the lakes being made Trout lakes I feel whatever the State is doing to the water for Milfoil is hurting the population. (Just my Opinion) LOL !!!! CHECK OUT THIS WEBSITE FROM SOME OF THE FELLAS !!! Angelfire Crappie Fishing

There has been very few guys active on this site in Washington all year.
Go to Fish Washington | Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife and search for black and white Crappie and some info comes up by county.

Went to OHop last weekend and caught a couple Crappie bout 8-10 inches. They were caught on a blue/clear/flake Bobby Garland. I'm having trouble catching fish in this state PERIOD. I'm thinking it's my line though. Plans to go out Friday for some Crappie fishing. I'm thinking Kapowsin, since I haven't been there since I found Whitman and Ohop.

Saturday when I was out at Ohop, i was marking fish in the 7-9 ft range. The two Crappie that were caught the weekend before were caught in about 5 ft of water next to a huge lay down in the water.

It's funny CC ,I was at Ohop in my pontoon the last couple of days and all I caught was babies !!! But they are charging us extra money in our license for warmwater species !!! This ISH is bad all over except in Eastern Wa. I think there's a Conspiracy against the Crappie !!! Lol
